Meet Julian Gelshtein, AMFT
While combining my graduate studies in Counseling Psychology with teaching tennis in San Francisco, I realized one day while teaching on the court, that how we play tennis reflects how we approach other areas of life.
Growing up in Belgium, I was taught about the technicality, the physicality, & the competitive mindset it takes to become a great player.
What was missing was the knowing that it is through the practice of tennis that you can grow into living an aligned, fulfilled life.
Because that is exactly what playing tennis has done for my life.
and now, after witnessing the power of communal healing through therapeutic work and having facilitated tennis learning using this unique approach, I am ready to offer this transformative experience to tennis fanatics.
Because it doesn’t need to be hard or cause more pressure.
You can get better at a game you love while tending to yourself in the process.
